Which postal services do you use?
For UK orders under 2kg – Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked (FREE)
For larger UK orders – DHL 24 Hour Express (FREE)
For International Orders: DHL Express (delivery aim within 2 business days)
Who is responsible for paying the custom fees or any other fees associated with my order?
It is the your responsibility to pay any customs fees due in your country of residence. This will vary from country to country.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are tracked and you will receive delivery updates directly from our couriers via email and SMS.
UK orders are normally delivered within 24 hours after dispatch.
International orders are normally delivered within 2 working days after dispatch.

Why have I not been refunded my full order total?
All cancellations are refunded in full, minus the order processing fee charged to My Jilbab store rom Stripe Payments UK Ltd.
We do not charge an extra fee on top for orders that have already been packaged but we stress to our customers to shop responsibly to reduce unnecessary wastage and fees.
Are your items suitable for hot climates/ summer wear?
we specialise in lightweight and breathable fabrics. All our abayas/jilbabs/khimars are suitable for hot weather and perfect to take on Hajj or Umrah.
Do you offer product customisations?
All our items are ready made so cannot be customised.
What if there is a pricing error?
We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, My Jilbab store expressly reserves the right not to honour pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded.
