Delivery & Returns


For UK orders we use Royal Mail 24Hour Tracked or DHL 24Hour Express.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. This excludes Bank Holidays and Eid Holidays.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends.


FREE International shipping to most of Europe with orders of £275 and over

For Standard International orders we use UPS which is a tracked service and normally takes 5 working days to arrive.

For Express orders we use DHL Express which normally takes 2 working days to arrive. Occasionally an order may be delayed to be cleared through customs which is out of our control.

International customers are responsible for paying any customs/taxes due when their parcel enters their country. These rates will vary from country to country.

If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to be eligible for a return or refund.

HOW TO RETURN – for an exchange or refund:

  1. 1. Please email first so we can ensure that you are eligible for a return/refund and can ensure the product you want to exchange is in stock.
  1. 2. You will need to include a note in your return parcel of; your name, order number and reason for return/exchange.
  1. 3. You have 14 days to return your products once a return / exchange is approved. 

For returns to be approved they must meet ALL OF THE following conditions:

  • Returned in their original condition
  • In their original garment packet
  • With clothing tags attached
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • No make-up marks
  • No staining on the product [makeup or otherwise]
  • No animal hair and
  • No scent [perfume or otherwise]

If items are sent back with evidence of any of the above, then we will not accept your return and the product[s] will be sent back to you at your expense.

If 14 days have gone by since signing for your purchase, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. If you plan to return a product[s], we advise you allow sufficient time for the return to reach us.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item which remains your responsibility until received by us.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and recommend you retain proof of postage.  We will not be responsible for any customs or import duties in relation to returns and exchanges.

All returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the item and refunds credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made less any shipping fees.


For exchanges there is a postage fee made payable to us to send the new garment out.


Faulty Items

We aim to manufacture and sell products with the highest of quality standards.  However, due to the manufacturing process and the technical properties of our fabrics, occasionally mistakes may occur and somehow slip through the net.

If you think that your purchase is faulty please send us an email immediately to along with an image so we can look into this.  We will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fail and will return or refund the product.
